• Benefits of Calendered Rubber Feed Wheels (CDR): Calendered wheels are best used on thinner feed regulating wheels or when the cast natural rubber wheel deflects under pressure. The calendered wheel is preferred when close tolerances are required or there is excessive wheel wear on the standard feed wheel.
• Benefits of Cast Natural Rubber Feed Wheels (RX): This wheel gives the best drive or braking action while resisting spin out of parts. This grade is satisfactory for the majority of applications. For harder grades, see Calendered Wheels.
• All CGW Feed Regulating wheels are manufactured with an isostatic process assuring perfect gripping and elimination of hard spots and voids, a common problem with rubberized wheels.
• A80-R2-RX - Natural Rubber.
• A80-R2-CDR - Calendered Rubber.
• R/2: Recess Two Sides - Type 7 Wheel; R/1: Recess One Side - Type 5 Wheel; D/S: Other Side of Wheel
